10 years ago...
I was a senior in Highschool although I was taking a full load of college classes via running start and did not attened the Highschool at all.
I just got my first apartment in Everett where I would share for a year with a co-worker from McDonalds who would become an acid/extacy dealer and addict.
I was dating Mike, who I had lost my virginity too, he was 10 years older then me and while a horrible boyfriend I wouldn't learn my lesson and continue to date men much more my senior for a very, very long time.
I was in constant contact and best of friends with my now fiance, Steven.
Was the first of many years I would go without speaking too or seeing my family.
I was working at McDonalds part time, and just got a job as a waitress at Honeys at this time I still very naive and belived I would Never, ever become a stripper.
I saw and participated in the WTO protesting with my sociology class and while I drove around with a HELL NO TO WTO sign on my car...I really had no idea what was going on.
I was driving my very first new car, a 2000 Daewoo Lanas. The first of many cars I would own that would stop being made shortly after I bought them.
I spent most of my days shopping, getting ready for graduation, starving myself, and taking full advantage of my recent freedom.
It's amazing what can happen in 10 years...
