hooray!
in about 12 hours ill be on my way to seattle! :) get to see my friends, and mirrormask :D just for the occasion, im bringing along my copies of neverwhere and american gods. i had meant to look for stardust, and see if i could find any mckean works, but i kept forgetting til it was too late at nite. oh well...
in work related news, they are trying to tap me for a promotion to house manager (one up from what i am now). so far noone else has expressed any interest, and all the big heads in the office think i should apply for it, and that id do a good job of it. strangely enuf, im actually giving it serious thought. its strange because just less than a year ago, i NEVER would have given it a moments consideration. to much paperwork, too much responsibility and (more importantly) too much accountability. but now that im a lead staff, and have had a little taste of being in charge, i think i could get used to it :P there are a Lot of other factors involved tho, and i told them i dont want to just rush into a decision. so i have til tues when i get back to let them know if im applying or not.
(yes, i know i never made that private post i was talking about, but its still simmering on the back burner, i havent forgotten. in fact a few other things have been added in to stew...)
