:'( what happened to my mom last night at like 1 o'clock in the morning..
omgosh has it been a bad week!
Last night was one of the most HORRIFYING nights ever.. I was scared out of my mind.. Here's the story from my point of view:
I went to bed around 9-ish, I woke up at 12:30 because I heard my mom yelling, "craig, omgod, craig, Craig, help" and So I woke up and I was like.. what the HELL is going on.. At first it sounded like someone was like breaking in our house and someone was hurting her or something.... What happened was that, she was walkin down the basement stairs because my brother had the Tv on really loud, so she was going to turn it down. Well she walked down the basement stairs with the light OFF!
Well I run down the stairs and look down the basement stairs and hear my brother saying "omgod mom" just in a voice that makes your heart start racing.. And I look down the basement stairs and see my mom just laying there, she was kind of crying.
And come to realize.. my mom fell down the basement steps and she can't move. She thinks she broke both of her legs, and she is scared out of her mind and can't move. Well I start yelling, "should i call 911" and I think I said it about 5 times...
SO I come down the stairs and just look at my mom, she's telling us to just leave her because she can't get up. And she doesnt want to get up because her legs hurt and she thinks they are broke.. She didn't hit her head or any other part of her body except for her legs..
Well.. after about 20 minutes.. we try to get her to stand up.. so she sits on the steps, and me and craig slowly hold her up and she starts FREAKING OUT! She wont straighten her leg and shes freaking out like her leg wont bend all the way, so I thought her knee was out of place or something, but turns out it wasnt.. her ankle just hurt really bad or something? She was to scared to put her foot down all the way because she was scared her leg was broken. Which totally freaked me out because my mom was freaking out, like you know when someone's leg is out of place and they start like breathing really hard and stuff like that. And start like moaning and are like.. ohh, omgod.. and that kind of thing.
So after that mess, we got her into the computer room and sat her down and called my grandpa and he came over.. She hyperventilated like twice.. well like 3 or 4 times all together.. she was SOO SCARED that she broke her legs because she has this thing.. like her bones are really weak and if something like that happened (falling down the stairs) she could break like all her bones.. ( which she did fall down the stairs) but luckily she only broke one ankle but she sprained the other one..
So.. after 1/2 hour, we take her to the emergency room and we got their around 1:30-ish, and we were their til like 6 in the morning. SHe had to have X-rays, and alot of it was waiting to see what was wrong. She tried crutches and almost fell tryin to use them, so she has to use a walker..
She can't go to work because she can't walk because both of her legs are bad.. Umm.. she went to the doctors, she got a walking cast on it now.. she she can put some pressure on that now, so maybe she will be able to walk a little bit.
All's I can say is... IT WAS THE SCARIEST SHIT THATS EVER HAPPENED TO ME! I hope no one has to go through what I went through last night..
Seeing your mom like that, its scary.. I think I was shaking for an hour. Thinking that your mom's legs could be broken and she wont be able to walk.. I was just glad that nothing else was hurt.
I think what scared me the most was the way my mom acted, she was so scared and her hyperventilating like that scared me. Everytime she did that, my brother yelled at her to shut up because its not gonna make it better. SHe needed to calm down and take deep breathes..
Well that's all I really have to say because if I talk about it anymore.. i think I might have nightmares.. it keeps replaying in my head.
This have been horrible! First my brother has to have an MRI, then we find out he's okay, then we get into a car accident, then we found out that my grandma's in the hospital, THEN my mom falls and breaks her leg and sprains the other one.. lol
TERRIBLE!!! I'm scared to know whats going to happen next.. :\ I really am.. I just feel like more bad things are going to happen and I dont know if I can handle it.. especially after last night.
