Happy Thanksgiving to all of my friends and cohorts out there!
Things are slowly coming along now. The kids have been moved into shared sleeping quarters and we are decorating their room with "The Incredibles" (although we have yet to watch it). The "office" is now officially back in, well... the office. My husband called someone to haul away & dump the excess garbage from our front & side yard.
We are in contact to attempt a different re-fi, pending we don't have some outrageous pre-payment penalty with Satan our current lender. We will know more soon but until then, I'm damned thankful for what I have.
