Yesterday was made of win.
(Apart from the part where I realised that in changing over my suitcases, mum had forgotten the top pocket so I was on tour with no spare underwear or bras. Ick)
Cece and I got stalked by the c.i.a or as they're known by their secret code name- the taxi company. "Cab approaching! Please confirm cab sighting"
Headed down to the rocks. Visited he souvenier store with the super nice dude. He asked how jo was and was all jolly. Gave cece a discount and a free postcard with the lyrics to 'waltzing matilda' on it so she could come back and sing it later.
Grabbed lunch. A sandwich drowning in 'not much mayo' and sat down the wharf to eat it. Put seagulls and ants on notice.
Cece had her picture taken with a digeridoo player. "Where's the finger holes?"
Headed up towards the mall, surprise dropped in on nat at work.
Met the girls in the mall. Mel, emma, nikki and ellie. Poor ellie's gear got sent to melbourne instead of sydney. So.. We did some underwear shopping. Haha. Awkward. Headed to chanel. Picked up my babies. Strolled some more. Coffee shop, myer, met up with jenna and gemma. Crazy hangs. They make me laugh times a thousand.
After those two left to go get their drink on, the rest of us walked down pitt street to mother chu's where we met crystalll!! Eeeeyay! Had super yummy dinner. Salt and papper tofu, brown rice and veggies with cashews. Mmm. Cris and I were the only ones that had desert. Haha. Typical. Mango, rasberry and passionfruit vegan icecream. Dear god. Yum.
Walked the girls back to their hotel through cockle bay and darling harbour. Almost had ellie running in a fountain.
Cris and I found further proof that we're old ladies by stopping to critique the foyer art. Haha. Chilled in ellie and nikki's room aboard the cruise ship before we came home to cris'.
Gave cris her christmas present. Aw. It's the most her present that ever existed.
Then we chilled and watched tv till we got sleepy.
