so title and registration by death cab pretty much sums it up.
....pictures i tried to forget....tailights heading east to find yourself a better life...how our love did slowly fade...and now that it's gone, it's like it wasn't there at all.....
i just want to be back in denton. as long as i'm there i don't think about it. i want to leave all of that behind. and it's pretty easy. but not when i have all this spare time and loneliness. i just want to be back with renee and brad and tom and auston. those people make me so happy. positivity. it's what i've been needing. i hope auston's having fun soaking up his last little bit of time with adam. i hurt for him. i know he's going to be so sad when he moves to nashville. i wish i could do something. i want to make other people happy. i don't want to be selfish anymore.
it's ironic. two years ago on thanksgiving i was first coming to the realization that i loved frankie, and this year on thanksgiving, i came to the realization that i don't.
my aunt and uncle asked about him tonight. i told them it was over and my mom said "but we'll always like frankie. he was very good to her."
and he was. he prepared me for the rest of my life. taught me to love, taught me to love myself.
and i hurt him bad.
and for that i'm sorry.
i miss us. i miss the old him. i can't be sad that i'm not with him now, because it's all an illusion. he's not the same person anymore. and neither am i.
i love it in manhattan where woody allen goes "you're god's answer to job. he'd say 'i may do a lot of terrible things, but i can make one of these' and job would say 'hey, you win'." or something like that. it's pretty cute.
