(no subject)
Sean Astin, my friends. Sean. Astin. If you know me at all you know I obsess over Lord of the Rings and idolize every actor in the film. I especially adore the hobits. *squee* Now on Tuesday we went to minneapolis and (im not capitalizing anymore, the key is in a different place and hard to find haha) went to the mall of america for a while (it was gonna close soon, but we thought what the heck) so, we went and me and my mom shopped a while and my dad and brother went on some rides. we were going into barnes and noble and saw someone up on the stage place signing somethin for people but there wasnt much of a crowd, so we just went into barnes and noble, but when we came out we saw a sign that said SEAN ASTIN was there for a book signing! well i ran over to the stage to see that *gasp* it was sean!!! i was freakin out!! but i was to late to get a book signed :( well, i watched him for about 10 minutes hahah and his kids and wife were there and the kids were playing on the stage and kept going over and hugging him. He was going to leave, so we went to the back of the stage and some other people were there too, and i was within a 5 foot radius of him.:) A girl went up to him saying how she was a big fan and he shook her hand and said in the nicest and sincerest voice "awe, thanks.." considering the man had been there for atleast 3 hours. well, my mom and i went to lego land to wait for my brother and dad and my cheeks hurt, i was smiling so much. haha well, my brother ran up and grabbed my hand saying "KELSEY!! ITS SAM!! SAMS HERE!!" an i was like "I KNOW!!" but then he said "yea sean! he´s goin on rides with his kids! he was right ahead of us in line!" so we were walking over by the ride..when i saw. he was walking towards us holding his daughter and playing with her and...i touched and made eye contact with sean astin. i think i died. i didnt want to bother him, he was just trying to go on some rides with his family, so i just smiled at him and his arm brushed mine. i think i died. i touched this guy i idolize. im sure i died.
