Mr. M vs Perry
No surprise at the result. If any more evidence was needed that Perry is a fool, it was provided by this response to a question in Iowa today. The question was asked by my very own spouse:
Lawrence v Texas was an important case, and Perry had no clue what it was about, even though it was decided when he was governor.
Mr. M has been spending some of his school break visiting with various Republican candidates, and after Perry's response, he announced that, based on his observations, social conservatives who want to go with the smartest option should pick Santorum. 'Nuff said.
Mr. M himself will not have to decide among the Republicans, as he's agreed to be a precinct leader at the Democratic caucus. (Yes, the Dems are also caucusing, but the lack of competition is keeping us out of the news. Some OWS voters may plump for "none of the above," but that's likely the most excitement we'll have.)
