Fish oil.
You can buy it by the bottles in the vitamin section of any grocery store or pharmacy. It helps with the whole cracking thing. Seriously.

Solo adventure. They're not so bad.
Just bring pepper spray (or jalapeno sauce) since you're a female.

I know what your talking about, but I have never tried fish oil. I used to do the whole vaseline and socks on my hands before bed bit. It works really well, i've just been lazy and don't have long enough socks.

I have considered the solo adventure but really questioned it. College town, drunks and crazies. That's all there is.
