ok so here's the lowdown, the wcc (not to be confused with the gpc) is just amazingly cool and always says the coolest things and does the coolest things.
the wcc makes out a lot and gets high a lot but is still very arty and in some cases, intelligent. in other cases, not so much.
you can usually find the wcc at the most happenin' party on the weekends, which you may or may not be attending.
and don't flatter yourself. the wcc is very exclusive.
in fact, you probably have a better chance of being hit by lightening then have the wcc accept you, well maybe a slightly better chance. but be warned, once you're in, you're IN. you can never get out.
the wcc travels in a cluster, never going to the same place twice.
it also eats a lot.
the wcc sneaks out of houses and gets strepp throat due to shady reasons.
the wcc looks the coolest and is always thinking up these neat little catch phrases that just sound SO wcc it's not even funny.
