Ben and I were supposed to hang out this weekend but he flaked ... again. Which is understandable ... he has one of those "job" things which require him to do that "work" thing. Plus, he just started a new job so I suppose it would be somewhat uncouth to tell his boss that, no, he will not work that double shift. Still, it's disappointing. Especially since that meant my Saturday night was filled with what? That's right. Homework. Homework on a Saturday night. Oh, yeah ... I'm awesome. Honestly, I kind of really needed to be doing it, anyway, so maybe that was God's way of saying so.

On a more positive note, I finally bit the bullet and got Guitar Hero (for the Wii). While it's not exactly the orgasmic experience that everyone and their mother led me to believe, it's at least entertaining. I was just expecting more. I suppose that's just as well considering that I don't really have the time to be developing a new addiction (remember, school = no social life) and Steph already did the evil by introducing me to NeoPets and Ice Cream Machine. *** Note to Steph: I made it to Vanilla Chocolate Swirl! I think that's what it's called, anyway.

Alright ... must finish essay prospectus. Or maybe get my running over with ... or maybe play Guitar Hero.
