Apple picking Orchard was a success!
Now if only they had apples..... :(
Apparently the orchard's apples were all picked, it was probably due to the cold weather last night and some were probably already ripen that needed to be picked before they fell to the ground to rot.
Luckily the reason I picked this Orchard was due to other activities around, a wagon ride, a corn maze, petting zoo and some wonderful food there to taste.

There was only one cashier taking orders for food, they seemed a bit under staffed but the crowds of people could only happen once a year.

We are the typical farmer and wife.
ONTO THE PETTING ZOO:
I have never seen a grown turkey up close, maybe wild turkeys which were much smaller and baby turkeys (with relatives in Iowa you see a tone of farms for turkeys)
Everyone wanted to pet the Llama. It was the only llama and it seemed out numbered by the other children and people. Oh my. ^.^'
Mandi and Lu give it loving kisses and pets.
Sheep were my favorite their eyes are so eerie.
Bunnies!
Their enclosure was hay, piles of hay. I would totally chew through it to get my freedom. ;D

Our group got separated due to a large group in front of us.

Pumpkin Patch, last year there was a shortage of pumpkins due to rain and mold, this year it's apples. How weird but that's nature for you.
