Love love love Trois Pistoles. Also most everything else from Unibroue. La Terrible is actually my particular favourite (it's like Trois Pistoles only more so, basically), but it's not that easy to find here - I only know of two bars in Toronto that have it (Volo and the Rhino), and no stores.
But yes, in general I like my beer dark, strong and highly flavourful.
The short and simple answer is: tried to write for at least an hour or two every day. If you keep up a steady pace you need to write 1,667 words per day to meet the target
