Classes have really been getting into my head recently. I've been working non-stop on stuff, but some days I just want to lie around and watch tv or go out or something. My motivation is really slipping, which is horrible. This is just the first semester. I have the hardest stuff coming up this summer with structures 2/3, and learning CAD & 3D Max. Auuuugh.
On the bright side, I think I am going to do really well this semester.
-Buildings Codes & Safety is based entirely on one paper. Mine was a little half assed, but from class discussions everyone's was. And Jenn's dad gave me awesome information. That's the one class I'm pretty much clueless on how I'm going to do.
-Structures is apparently an easy A class. All of our buildings have been pretty good though, so I'm not too worried. Final is this coming week, we build a bridge. I'm studying them in the structures books we have at home & making sketches, so I'm pretty sure that will be an A.
-Hist II I kinda sucked at my presentation, so I'm sketchy on that. She specifically chose me to present the book though cause, as she said, she knows her students well enough by now, and she knows I have more varried skills than most to be able to do it. My midterm was a B+, waiting to see how I do on my final.
-Prob is Modern Housing should be fine. B+ on midterm, and my final Radburn presentation rocked. We spend 14 hours just making the power point, so this better be an A class also.
Have to pad the grades before next year anway, where people regularly fail out of studio or construction....balls
Almost done, then I plan on having some fun before May 22. Portia's party next Fri, my bbq on the 20th or something.
