I have heard lots of people wonder aloud and rather snotty-like why people use online forums such as LJ, myspace, or facebook to talk about personal issues. I think it's because when you feel like you are the most rejected, unwanted, undesired person alive, it's life-sustaining to post how devastating your world has become and then to watch as friends that you forgot you even had come out of the woodwork to let you know you're loved and unknowingly convince you to not turn to drugs for comfort.
