A new law is being enacted that will make the consequences of leaving a child or vulnerable adult in a hot car a $50 fine and misdemeanor charges instead of a felony and possible jail time. And a man who can't walk and has been waiting for a year for a wheelchair ramp got ticketed for parking his truck on his lawn for three minutes while he loaded his wheelchair into the bed of it so he could go somewhere.
