Take pity on your indigent Eljay friend and BUY SOME OF HER DAMN PERFUME! SHE'S DROWNING IN THE STUFF, FOR SERIOUS! D: Also, she needs to sell some so she can justify buying more.

Is it delicious smelling?
I always wanted to buy some of those oils from you... Velvet has some samples, and she let me try them, but they didn't smell as strongly as I expected.

I have no money, but I can sell IMVU credits and get some, haha. Amazon.com doesn't take paypal, so I only spend my paypal money on luxuries. Like Kinoki foot pads, shoes and soap.

Snake oil sounds yummy smelling... I like slightly sweet scents, like vanilla-ish, or really overpowering flowery ones.
GAH buying smells online is frustrating.

Snake Oil is really exotic and incense-y. If you like strong scents and vanilla I think you'd like it. But indeed, buying perfume online can be frustrating! That's why I end up selling so much of the BPAL I buy... things that sound good don't always work right with your skin chemistry and etc.

Exactly... oh, well, I'll try one...
:D

Ok, I just sold some IMVU credits, haha
I'll wait until the last day to bid (because I always do).
I'm searching the ones you've got with no description on the site... cockaign and loin d'ici sound too sweet, but I'm impressionable when it comes to descriptions...

“The weather is always mild, the wine flows freely, sex is readily available, and all people enjoy eternal youth.” The Land of Plenty, also called Luilekkerland - the Lazy, Luscious Land: milk and honey, sweet cakes and wine.

That must smell like frosted rum cake!

The descriptions are the best part!

That said, if you like sweet and vanilla-y, I would try Love's Philosophy. It smells like icing to me. And The Passionate Shepherd to His Love is a nice floral, though I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what flowers are in it. It's not a rose one though, I love rose but most BPAL roses I've tried dry to a soap smell on me. Not cool. :/

I like Whip and Persephone but other than that I've had some bad, bad luck with BPAL's roses. Like freaking Lucy's Kiss, ugh, it was like the foulest old lady smell ever. Same with Black Rose. x_x Thanatos was pleasantly funeral-esque, though.

I haven't tried Whip or Persephone. Whip sounds like it would have "leather" in it, and as interesting as that sounds, I'm just not sure how it would translate scent-wise. It reminds me of that old cologne English Leather, and I'm actually not fond of the smell of leather itself, so... yeah.

But yeah, the roses always make me think yay and not necessarily say it. Two, Five, & Seven is a case in point. I like that better than some of the others, but it still dries to a less than fab feel to me.

OMG I love old lady smells...
I have this Gardenia oil that most people comment... "you smell like a dead lady" or "you smell like my grandma."

12 hours to go... people have already bid on some...
Anyway, look at this:

Are you kidding me, 90$ for 5 Ml??
I don't care if it has Niel Gaiman's pee in it, that's too much.
