also, Cas would be a terrible cat. He'd stick to Dean and follow him everywhere, especially into the bathroom, especially into the shower (how is that different from normal exactly) meanwhile Sam would be doing the feeding and cleaning up and everything and the best he'd get would be a cat on his laptop on on his head in the middle of the night
