You were right about Harold Ford’s being Mixed-Race.

Harold Ford, like both of his parents, is of
a fully and continually Mixed-Race Lineage.

A person does not need to have parents who
have been placed in two separate "racial"
categories in order to be Mixed-Race.

A lot of people are of a Multi-Generational
Multiracially-Mixed (MGM-Mixed) Lineage.
