It's been a long, good couple of days here. Thanksgiving was wonderful and now it's appropriately seasonal and freezing. I've taken to wearing hats (finally) and it made my day to wear one today. I am working all the time for the next two weeks, which means I will have plenty of opportunity for bookwork and christmas cards and crafts. I was attempting to accomplish all that I needed to get done on my computer early in the week for that reason, but instead, have been battling a virus that was detected on our port, and consequently, had to revamp my entire system. That was fun. I saw so many friends when I was home for Thanksgiving, and that felt good. I also already have just about all my Christmas shopping taken care of, oddly enough. And I'm trying to eliminate processed wheat and white flours and dairy from my diet. Hah, we'll see how long that lasts. Espresso drinks with soy milk are splendid, but egg nog soy milk sucks. That's ok, I'll splurge on the egg nog once Liam and I can go nuts buying it on our own, come Christmastime. I decided to change my minor to Linguistics, as most of the education courses I'd need to take in order to declare undergraduate education would be ideally taken next year, when I'll be in Scotland. Speaking of which, I'm deliberating about whether or not I should head to the airport to see Ben off the plane. I have a final at 8:00 the next morning, and I know his parents want to pick him up, so I think I may just back off and make him look forward to seeing me just that little bit more...So, here I go, back to work so I can work and study and sleep and work and drink some soy caffeine loaded beverages and work...yayyy. I'm excited, and nothin can stop me - I am the opposite of Scrooge and I have a love in my life that makes me grateful and happy and stronger than I ever knew I could be. So much to look forward to and be happy about. Peace and love to all :)
