Future plans
The other day i was doing some thinking about my career. With all thats been happening at work, i decided that i do really need to pull my finger out and finally do a management course. Although, people that have moved ahead at work dont have these qualifications, i shouldn't really be worried about that and need to get as much under my belt as possible and stop caring about their silver platters.

This course focuses on the knowledge and skills required by first line and middle managers to achieve better performance in increasing productivity at the operational level. In particular it covers specific competencies in implementing effective workplace relationships, operational plans, monitoring a safe workplace. promote team effectiveness and develop work priorities.
I have been looking at the TAFE and oten (tafe courses via correspondence), i don't think i could actually get to the classes, so correspondence will be my best bet i think.
I was at Kristy house last night and her boyf said the same thing, he wants to study management. I told him that i have been looking at some courses and i will get some more info for him.
So first thing monday i will call them up and find out what the g.o is, cos their website isn't that helpful regarding signing up.
