horse shoes
So i sat here for about 15 minutes trying to think of something other than work to talk about... I've come up with two things..
I recently got netflix and so far I've watched City of Lost Children which was amazing but if you don't like to read or don't like good movies then don't bother.....I also watched A Clockwork Orange which was also really good... Don't watch Dead and Breakfast..its supposed to be like our version of Shaun of the Dead but it wasn't good at all.. Other than that I've been watching Six Feet Under..I love it.. I'm only on the second season and I hear it just gets better..
Today Kyle and I went to Belmar to get him some new shoes since he bought me these amazing yellow high heels.. We went to Aldo and I pretty much wanted to buy everything in there.. I settled on flats with horses on them.. They are really cute but unless you see them you won't believe me..Okay now I have to start a different story before I can finish this one otherwise it wont make sense.. Two nights ago I was in bed watching a movie with Dylan.. I got cold and went to get under the covers and my foot started hurting real bad.. I was really confused so I asked him to turn on the light for me and when he did I saw a huge piece of glass sticking out of my foot.. I pulled it out and started gushing blood everywhere.. It was really gross.. Anywho it still hurts and it's all bruised... So back to shoes.. I wasn't going to get anything for myself but when I tried the horse ones on I noticed I had bled all over the inside.. I felt really bad so I had to buy them .. It was terrible but hey at least I got a cute pair of shoes out of it...
Work story!! YAY! So saturday I worked 12 to close which is the worst shift ever... Usually when you do a double the manager is nice enough to cut you first but my manager hates me so I get to work a double and close.. but anyway I ended up having an okay day.. First 18 very attractive basketball players came in for lunch and I was their server.. it was really nice.. Apparently when I walked away after thanking them for everything and telling them to have a good day one of the guys said "She smiled at me!" and another said "No! She smiled at me!".. this made my day.. Later that night a party of 25 came in and I got to take care of them which was fun and I made $100... The low point of my night was these two guys came in and were in my section.. At first they were just kinda flirting a bit but then they were just creepy.. At one point I asked them if they needed anything and one of them said "Just you in a chair with a slice of pizza".. I declined and said I was too busy even though they were my only table at the time.. Then they tried to guess my age.. one said 22 the other 21 when I said they were both wrong and told them how old I actually was I thought they might stop being creepy.. Boy was I wrong.. They told me they were just going to hang out until my shift ended but thank goodness I was closing.. Then the older of the two gave me his number and told me they were only in town for one night and I should give them a call.. gross.. but they did give me a really good tip.. I ended up making almost 300 that night. Go me!
