yesterday was fun. i went garage sale-ing in the morning with deb and rocco, and found some pretty sweet stuff.
-a gibson acoustic for $25, in really good shape. only a few flaws and they don't affect the sound.
-a small cd/cassette/radio to use around the house for $3.
-a columbia jacket for me, and a columbia winter coat for trav, each $5.
-a lot of awesome vintage jewelry including a huge amethyst-colored ring and a femme pocket watch that could be worth a lot of money.
-a cute vintage clutch
-some books, including a chipmunks and a gummi bears with cassettes for .25 each.
-some cute vintage drinking glasses for $1
-madonna's immaculate collection for .50
-a nice greent throw blanket for .75
i think that's about it. i also went to sara's wedding shower and then a surprise birthday party for elmer, it was also he and marie's 34th wedding anniversary. i think they liked our gift :)
tomorrow i start my pilates and badminton classes. mixed feelings on that. more later.
