mornings are so peaceful with my lil ada. i get so much done the few moments i have to myself. was pleasantly surprised when john msged me his parents arent here til 1pm today. however i still felt rushed as they seem to arrive earlier than they say they will. for instance, yesterday john got them to visit glouchester and rockport (beautiful sea-side villages about 45 min north-ish) ... they literally drove up to the two cities then turned right around ... didnt bother getting out of the car! apparently his mom was too eager oabout visiting the baby. holy BALLS that lady needs to take a chill.
then there was the freakout blowout. john asked his mom to 'tone it down' (the previous night she had lost her marbles, ordered john non stop for hours on end, at some points shouting!!! bwwwaaawwwwww!!!) .. she took offense to that and before long i was on the phone calming down a babbling grandma.
*sigh*
