I finally called!
So I did it, I called the landladys and complained. I guess we will have to wait and see if it actually solves anything. I really hope it does, Im sure now crazy basement lady is the devil incarnate, placed here to remind me how much I hate children and adults with child-like mentalities. *ugh* Children and Half-tards.
