So this weekend I was some sort of crazed superwoman that did an hour of skate practice Friday night, a skating lesson at 9:45 Saturday morning, followed by cleaning my apartment, followed by 2.5 hours of hiking/exploring/wading at a park with The Boy, followed by two birthday parties (lasting from 7pm - 1am). Then Sunday I got up, made The Boy breakfast, and went over to Kate's to spend 7 hours there helping her to paint.
Monday morning my thighs, pissed off by the skating, hiking, standing and crouching, officially rebelled. They let loose a foul mix of tightness and soreness that would not be soothed by stretching or walking. My body was also RAVENOUSLY HUNGRY ALL DAY. I think I might have eaten 2,300 calories in total.
My thighs still hurt today.
Someone, I'm not saying who, needs to learn to take it easy.
ANYWAY, since I've exercised my body plenty, I need to exercise my mind. It's about 1 day before my
help_japan auction is up and I should stretch out my writing muscle a little.
