So...14 Shakespeare plays, a 1000 page Gone With the Wind novel, 8 literary articles, 6 response papers, (3) 10 page papers, 2 midterms, 2 oral presentations, 1 portfolio, and 1 in class final later wrapped up in 10 weeks, and I am finished with my last winter quarter at U to the C to the LA.
'Tis bitter sweet but sweet in the end. I actually am quite pleased with my work this quarter compared to last. What's odd about English is that you never really know how you've done once that paper is turned in.
Now I can be my social self and I hope I won't talk you to death about Much Ado About Nothing, which I can.
I want to once again be the spunky Kendra. The girl who buries her head in fashion magazines, rummages for thrift jewels, gallivants through relentless restaurant reviews, and always explores the new and unknown. But I know that if I shall return to that KG, there's still an essence lacking. I think it's safe to say that the scholastic K is here to stay and I'm glad she's here. So let's rap about humanity and couture.
