greetings from yale!
Hey people I'm in a dorm room at Yale right now :) It's a freshman quad suite but me and my roommate Jane got the shitty room with the bunk beds. oh well, the three of my roommates are so nice- Jane is Chinese too and she's really cute and cool. Erin and Linsday are both blond, Erin's from upstate NY and Lindsey's from a farm in Massachusetts. Erin's a fellow new yorker so I think she understands the whole 'new york sarcastic bitch' language that we both speak. Lindsey's the sweetest person you'll ever meet and she has three alpacas :) It's her second year so she knows exactly what she's doing while the three of us are kinda dazed and wondering how the hell we're going to pull off studying and everything.
It was a long and hard struggle to get internet, but I finally got it. It's been a rough first day and I feel completely stupid and like I don't belong here, but hopefully this will all get better. I just wanted to post a note and say how much I like it here and would love to go to Yale even more now (minus the nasty bathrooms). Come visit me on Sundays people, there's a tour at 1:30 and it's only likr an hour drive from Westchester.
I miss home and you guys :)
