The little ones don't make me scream and run... they creep me out, but not that badly... No, what my sleep-deprived brain conjured up was one of those foot long bastards with the giant frigging fangs...

That is completely ridiculous, obviously, since it's an amazonian centipede, and not remotely likely to be anywhere near texas, but I was to that point where you start dreaming while you're awake, and I'd just been reading about those centipedes... Basically I had a split-second nightmare about a giant bug and flipped out

They do look evil, and if I were to find one unexpectedly crawling up my leg I'd probably flip out and start yelling getitoffgetitoffgetitoff, but I'm still much more afraid of mosquitoes. At least I'm not my baby sister: she's afraid of butterflies. Butterflies.

Butterflies? Geez XD.... At least the bugs that make me freak will bite/sting you... Butterflies are like... the most harmless bug I can think of aside from maybe roly-polies (..pillbugs, I think is the real name) or earth worms.... And lady bugs

Yeah, you should have seen her the time we were in the back yard and a swallowtail fluttered over her head - she SCREAMED and ran inside. It's the most ridiculous and bizarre insect phobia I've ever seen.
