S'far as I can tell she's been tryin' t'send a friend'a mine into constant self-doubt, but she's left me well enough alone since two events ago. She's been leavin' his girl alone, as well. Small favours.

'Course, she isn't goin' t'seem so bad to a potential family member, and I'm not talkin' blood ties. I'd tell you t'ask her about it some time, but I'm sure she'd just end up givin' you a basket full'a lies.

Now, how can I say no t'a lovely lady such as yourself? [The video clicks on. He's out of frame, but if one's looking close enough they can see the smoke from his cigarette holder, juuust off-screen. There are five puppies altogether- the original pup is chilling near the dog bed; another sitting nearby chewing dopily on a toy; a third is playing with a fourth to the side, while a fifth watches calmly.]

They're not a bad bunch, altogether. They're doin' pretty well, trainin'-wise. Been spendin' a lot've time with'em.

Jack Ryan had a bit of a mishap with puppies a while back. Left a lonely one in the closet and came home to a whole mess've 'em. Guess the closet works for anythin' breathin'.

[He's got no intention of giving Jasmine up, but hey, this is Wonderland - it's easy enough to make her a twin. He slips into view, nodding at the camera, the puppies still visible behind him. He's smiling, but isn't he always?]

I've got no problem sendin' you a pup. Would you like her trained some first? It's no trouble at all. Used t'raise spaniels regularly.
