Friends Only!
I ♥ making new friends ... there's just a couple of conditions:
+ Having a few fandoms in common is a necessity preferred, but not necessary
+ I like my FList to be able to type properly (as in, having a good grasp of capitalisation, punctuation and grammar)
+ Oh, and that you update your journal fairly regularly
Ticks on all of those? Then you're good to go! =)
