me time
So I pay, or my insurance pays a lot of money to my shrink to deal with my pstd and she says the simplest things sometimes.
I have been neglecting my me time and not doing so well on self care. I am so busy working all the time I can't enjoy anything. I hate this overwhelming stress. Not to mention the random anxiety attacks that are often unfounded, but result from being traumatized time and time again.
But I am learning to take more time for me. Or at least trying to.
Today is a SNOW DAY!!! first one all season. and bville was the last school to close. lamers. glad I didn't go there when I was in school. I was actually awoken so early by a sub call. soon I will go back to sleep and enjoy my day in. I think I am staying in Pj's all day. I love it!
This is why God created the sabbath you know?
