[FOUND!} Searching for a Heero/Duo mission fic involving hackers?

Hoping you guys can help, I've been racking my mind trying to figure out which story this is.
- It's a post-war mission fic. Possibly Preventers related.
- Heero cut ties with the other pilots at the end of the war to learn how to be his own person. I think Une might have been the only one to know his location.
- Duo is either part of the Preventers, or is called in to assist on a mission. He either meets up with Heero randomly on the street somewhere and invites him in for his expertise.. or Heero is recruited by Une.. or Heero kept tabs was was happening and got himself involved before meeting up with the other pilots again? I'm a little vague on this part.
- There might have been a part where Heero was using a computer at an internet cafe or library.
- It heavily involved some sort of hacker community? I think Heero used to be a big shot anon hacker and delved back into the online community through either an IRC chat room or some sort of chatroom using his old handle to investigate for the mission. The other hackers in the channel expressed anger that someone would dare use the handle of a legend (it was something like Wing, White, Zero or green?) and wanted Heero to prove that he was who he was. I believe Heero did some sort of IP trace on one of them and proved himself.
- This group of hackers became involved in helping Heero with the mission. Turns out they're a bunch of kids/teens iirc.
- I think the mission took place a sky scraper or some huge corporate office? I remember the hacker kids being there onsite at the end and actually meeting Heero. And Une said something to them along the lines of a future career (or maybe not on the Une part)
Some of the details seem really similar to Jei's Additive Identity, but I'm absolutely certain it isn't. Heero did not have Zero and the scene at the end of this fic is completely different since it involved the kids. There may have been a hacker character named something like Trish, but I might be getting that detail from Jei's fic.
If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about, I'd really appreciate the help! This has been driving me nuts for a while.
