Weeks 22 and 23

Two-week update combo punch!

These last two weeks, I:

...watched Dororo and Mary & Max, which means I'm halfway through my "watch 30 foreign films" goal!
...read Night Watch by Sergei Lukyanenko, and purchased Barlow's Sharp Teeth and O'Brien's Wesley the Owl.
...registered for Fall classes, two of which I'm looking forward to - Novel Writing and The Native American.
...got back my first batch of drawings from Beginning Drawing, and I'm glad to say that I'm kicking butt in the class.
...won Week 1 of this month's Mini Contest: Drabble 2010 over at brigits_flame! Which is good, because doing little 100-word drabbles is all I've written lately.
...came across two new webcomics that I now ADORE to pieces (Velia, Dear and Sailor Twain, or The Mermaid in the Hudson).
...wasted a lot of time at Pinterest, bookmarking yummy recipes and photos, of all things.
