Week 21
Straddle benches are demonic inventions, I tell you. Summer Beginning Drawing classes are wearing me out, and I haven't felt like doing anything goal-related. Have some foreign films I'll watch soon, some e-books to read... Bleh. Anyway, Week 21 has come and gone.
This week, I:
...went on my first midnight show of a film (The Last Airbender)(which, incidentally, I hated) with a friend I recently reconnected with.
...got Skype working for the first time ever and chatted with a friend in Australia.
...was interviewed for brigits_flame Writer Showcase.
...failed to meet my writing quota, but I did write two drabbles! Am rather proud of my drabble contest entry.
...wrote a bit more for my first Long Letter.
Week 21 details here. Full 101/1001 list here. Had a bit of a nerdgasm over the acid-bright colors of Troll Druid forms. Must! not! get! sucked! back! into! game!
Anybody have any foreign films to rec to me? I have some in mind (EG: King of Masks), but I wouldn't mind some suggestions. :)
