So if you guys saw my other post, then you know that I my physical fitness goals were more or less stopped in their tracks. But now that I'm all healed, I'm finding it hard to push myself to put more effort in, or even motivate myself at all. How do you guys motivate yourselves? Sometimes I really just can't be bothered to get up from my nice, ( ... )

I am lame-- I motivate myself by splitting up my fitness goal into smaller chunks and constantly reminding myself that I will be done by a specific date.

So far it has worked, I met the first smaller goal and am a few weeks away from smaller goal 2.
