So if you guys saw my other post, then you know that I my physical fitness goals were more or less stopped in their tracks. But now that I'm all healed, I'm finding it hard to push myself to put more effort in, or even motivate myself at all. How do you guys motivate yourselves? Sometimes I really just can't be bothered to get up from my nice, comfy bed :/
And any suggestions for a jogging playlist? Sprinting or long-distance.
