People and the 101/1001 list

Last week I've done my '7 days as a lady'  mission (you know I'm kinda tomboy, and one of my points was about wearing girly clothes for a week), and it was a quite big shot in my circle of friends.  Most of them didn't even recognise me in a skirt! "Because I want(ed) to do it / try something new" is sufficient justification for anything you do with your life, especially your fashion, and it's more accurate than claiming you're doing it for a bet, without hinting at the existence of a list. If you do not want to mention your list, then don't; it is, in many ways, personal and it's your right to make it private as well.

Hurray for completing this goal, however! Even if some people didn't recognize you, I think surprising even the best of friends is a good idea from time to time.

(un)fortunatelly my friends ususally want to know what's happening in the deep, they always searching for the whys, and an answer like "I felt like this" isn't enough for them. They know I do not do such radical things just because I wanted to do it. Somethimes it is pain in my ass but in most cases they're really helpful with their care.

My friends know about my 101 in 1001 and I think they're more fascinated by the 101 in 1001 than what's on my list, LOL

I could only do this if I committed to it completely so I told everyone about my 101 list. They can ask questions, make suggestions and it's meant they've been able to connect me to people who can help. Open and honest suits me better than introspection though.
