This is a wonderfully creatively-driven list of goals and it's certainly inspired some of mine. :) I think I might take that last one for my own list, actually - good on you.
Awesome list! I might borrow a few of your ideas for the rest of my list as well.
And it's perfectly fine for joining late! One of the LJ admins sent me the message letting me know that the community was going to be in the spotlight, so I extended the amount of time so others could join in if they wanted to! We can definitely adjust for those who entered after Feb 1st!
