January 2021 Update
Happy New Year! It's only been a month since my last update and I usually do every other month, but since it's a new year and I had a big completed item, I wanted to go ahead and update.

I got a bunch of mushrooms from a local Asian grocery store and tried out cooking with king oyster mushrooms and seafood mushrooms. I also made soba for NYE.

Right after my last update, this actually happened! I moved into an apartment at the beginning of December and it's been really great so far :)
