The Invisible Arrow
Hello!
I'm really proud of myself atm and I really hate this day. Actually i don't hate this day but that's not the point. Ya see my computer is messed up and all that stuff so I'm using my brother's computer for the time being. Well i let him borrow my cordless mouse that i got for Christmas. Well, i got on his computer today and the mouse was working just fine until it quit on me. The arrow on the screen wouldnt show up except at the very bottom of the screen, on the desktop, and on MicroSoft Word. I was putting the finishing touches and revising a Draco and Hermione story on FanFiction ((Athena'sChild-To Go Into the Forbidden Forest with a Malfoy- (That's the info if you want to read it :D)) and i hadnt noticed the mouse had messed up yet because it worked on MicroSoft Word. So i opened a FireFox window and then i couldnt see the arrow.
So naturally i was really really annoyed because i wanted to post the story on FanFiction. Now that we have established the reason i hate this day, we can move on to the part of why i am really proud of myself. See, i managed to get all the way from the Google home page to FanFiction without seeing my arrow thingy on the screen. I just ran the arrow over the stuff that would highlight kinda when i ran the invisible arrow over it. Then i posted the first chapter, summary, genre, type, crossover or non crossover and all.
Then after all of that i just switched the mouse and now i can see my arrow on the screen. The mouse is really cool too! It's as long as my pinkie but it actually works and all that. My teacher's mother is a lawyer at a law firm called DLA PIPER, or maybe she's a judge, but she came to class one day and she gave us all little mouses.
OH! When you're talking about multiple computer mouses do you say MOUSES, MICE, or MEESE? Me and my two elder brothers had an argument about that...
Though now that i've written all of that i realize i sound obsessed with the computer or something but dont worry, im not. Im obsessed with books, but not the computer. Okay, im not OBSESSED with books but i do love them.
So there you have it. My boring boring day that nobody really cares about :D
