nah, i'm running about 35 a wk still saw a nutritionist need more iron and protein i started getting really fatigued for a while but today's run felt better 6 miles at roughly 7 minute pace not great, but not horrible still, the best days have been the 14-miler in 1hr45 and the 4 miler in four 6:30 splits (faster than highschool!)

yeah i saw a nutritionist, he said i need more fat
so i started workin on that four years ago
