I have only eaten ( fair amount of) self-baked chocolate cake and drunk only cinnamon-rooibos tea today. I almost feel as if I should apologize to my poor body but it was heavenly.
Early colour photography is one of my favourite things because it reminds me all those people were as alive as I am now, once. Black and white make it so easy to see in abstractions. Play of shadows. Something long past. Colour makes the past come closer. Makes you realise that you are no more real than they were. Some of my favourites so far;
