Yeah, Tohru. At this point, I don't have any reason to vote for either you or Heat, so I just wondered if you could help me out? As you said, I'd hate for the sheep to lose at all now, so if you can convince me, I'll cast my vote on Heat.
Well, um . . . I think it does look badly that Heat tried so much to help with the clue in the last round -- badly for me, I mean! But I just couldn't understand it at all . . . If I could have, I would have certainly tried to help, but I didn't think I would be any help so I just stayed out of the way until you mentioned me.
And, um. Well. --Oh! Um, wouldn't a wolf have wanted both sheep in a clue to go up to vote? I was very sure that Heat-san was a sheep, but I didn't mind going up to vote with Chaos-san at all since I thought he must be a wolf then. If I'm a wolf, I'm sure the other wolves would have tried harder to get Heat-san up to vote. But no one seemed to mind it at all . . .
That's a good point. But - and I'm doing that "devil's advocate" thing here - maybe the other wolves didn't do anything since we haven't ousted any of them yet, so it wouldn't have been a big deal to lose one? Which I think is a sucky attitude; a team should never leave a member hanging like that!
...and I'm soooo sorry for jumping the gun on that last clue! Gods, I feel horrible about being all nerdy!
Eh, maybe . . . But would they really let another wolf go out without any fight at all? M-maybe people are speaking in more private posts that I can't see, but it looks like everyone is alright with letting me go out this time . . . It's hard for me to say since I'm not speaking with anyone else yet, but I think that if I were a wolf they would try at least a little to let me stay in so the wolves might be able to win this round.
Oh, please don't feel badly about it! You were only trying to be helpful after all.
I know there have been games when they've let one of their own take the fall. Well I don't know if this is accurate, but both Allen and chaos have locked posts from yesterday, but I don't see any for today.
Still, I'd like my first game to be a winning one. :( And if you're not a wolf, we need to get people to start shifting their votes!
But, if we end up voting you out and you're a sheep, we've lost. In case we get another day, I'll just toss something out and see what you think: Harold had said that she had gone through all kinds of codes, including A=1, B=2, etc., but that there wasn't anything. When Allen broke the code, I went back and "translated" everyone's names, just to double-check, and it was really obvious which names matched the numbers, and it didn't have anything to do with Octal. I don't think I'll ever live that down... Why would she say it didn't work when the answers would have been glaring at her had she really done the calculations
( ... )
Well I've offered to talk to people as much as they'd like, but you're the only one who's asked so far. Hopefully I'll be able to say something convincing in the ousting post . . .
--Eh, she did? I must have missed seeing that . . . But did she say she'd tried the names the way Allen-kun had, or was she looking for initials? I mean -- not adding everything up the way Allen-kun had, but getting the letters for 5 and 2 out of 52 for examples. I didn't get anything useful doing that either.
Oh, that's right; this isn't the final shot. Yeah, there's one more chance, then.
Um, no, she didn't say how she tried it. She just said that code didn't work. She doesn't seem the type to just stop at initials, but that's what she might have done...
Yeah, but Allen had the right answer with Rozalin, and I shot it down, and then I had to throw in the "Allmadeofstars" idea. So I screwed up that clue.
And then this last time around, I screwed up that clue, too! You know, there's such thing as being too smart. I'm... cursed.
Ah--! That . . . You shouldn't say something like that is a curse. It may not have all worked out right this time, but it's okay. There's no shame in being wrong about something. But being as smart as you is a gift, isn't it? There must be a lot of good things you can do for people with something like that.
Well, as far as the game goes, if I'd kept my mouth shut, maybe we would have at least chosen a wolf by now...
Yeah, I guess it is. My father's an inventor, too. I got my brains from him and my... friendliness from my mother. Oh, I do! And I'll be President of my dad's company one day, and I have all kinds of neat ideas!

Maybe there will be a clue in the next round if we're able to get that far.
