So everyone must know the phrase "respect your elders" but when they act so stupidly how can you? today i have mainly been told of by the parent for watching tv , having my music to loud and having comm sense. They are so stupid. I gave my dad this report thing for geography and the attendence on it was only 80% and he was like emma have you been

Don't mean to be especially rude, but it was my mates dad that jumped infront of the train.

Think of more than you're haircut... I think his life meant more, maybe not to him, but to his family, at least.

Ok annonymous person whoever u are....Emma wasn't saying at ALL that her haircut was important than that blokes life. She didn't say those words at all, so you don't really have the right to say that she needs to think of more than her hair. I agree with her that what he did was a very selfish thing to do. I'm sorry that you know the family of this man, and I feel for them, I really do but she was just stating facts. So please don't go off on one at her for just saying what she thinks. After all, this is meant to be a free world.

i agree, it wasnt aimed at anyone. yes his life meant more, of course it did. but not to emma, simply because she didnt know him. ok so coming from the angle u r then yes what she said seems harsh, but in the circumstances for her it wasnt, it was intended as a harmless comment between friends.

Well excuse me but i study re and Utilitarianism would say that he is in the wrong. Ok i dont know why he killed himself but in the end the greatest number of people where not happy so there he was wrong to do it because he hurt so many people. To kill yourself and make your family greatly unhappy isnt the nicest thing to do! Plus people dont just go killing themselves for no reason so they should except the reasons for why he did it. geeez
