it's fine, but
I don't get this "I'm in the biggest rush of my life to say I'm engaged" thing. I am happy for the newest couple that exploded all over facebook, but remember the time that they were a) dating only since February and b) not living together? Granted, people did that 25 years ago, but they weren't in such extraordinary awful economic circumstances, either.
Not to toot my own horn, but here's what it comes down to: I'm ecstatic for this couple because they really do seem madly in love. And, I'm not judging anyone who got engaged/married so fast.
I'm just saying this: I want to be with Chris for the rest of my life if possible, but I want to do so with dignity and financial integrity. I'm one of the weirdest romantics you'll ever meet ;)
