I fly out Monday and am currently in OC spending quality time with D and my mom. This is going to be a fun trip, but man I am gonna really miss D. firebug comes up tomorrow to spend the day with me and to say goodbye. It'll be a bittersweet departure for me. :-P ( Read more... )

Fetish means the same, probably clothing and looks more than BDSM but there is much less prejudice about the lifestyle over there than here so it might mean more BDSM. The name of the club is promising :)

Have a good time. Where in Wales are you visiting? Snowdon is only a couple of hours from Manchester.

Definitely less paranoia about S&M here, but at the same time I will get some weird comments from the strangest of places. I met a writer/artist who makes a comic called Fetish Man and sadly enough, he doesn't seem to be into it himself.

I don't know where I am going in Wales yet. I was thinking Cardiff, but to be honest I haven't done any research heh.

It depends on what you want to see. Cardiff is a city much like others in the UK. It has some good and bad points. Wales really comes into its own when you visit the mountains and coastline, some of the most beautiful in the UK.

You could even visit Aberystwyth *wink*.

This is one of the most impressive castles in Wales, mostly because it is still pretty much intact. This website also has links for the other castles. Snowdon is not far from Caernarfon.

Thanks so much for the links. Things are getting tight so we may either have to cut Bath or wherever in Wales from the trip. Still planning the itinerary. Ugh. I've only slept 2 hours so I better get to bed now. Cheers!

I decided to drive from Bath to Stonehenge, and visit a castle in Wales on our way to Cardiff. Hooray!
