I enjoy very much your fic, it is clever and well-written. It is complex and keeps a reader awake.:)

The flachbacks of Sherlock´s and Mycroft´s childhood are touching. Sherlock wanted to do it in a hard way even in as a child, playing with blacks, although he couldn´t beat Mycroft even with whites. Poor little one. Their childhood in a nutshell.

Specially touching was the secret treasure. I don´t want to believe, that Mycroft would shoot Sherlock or chase him down whatever Sherlock would steal from him. He has to understand, that Sherlock isn´t doing it willingly. Moriarty has to make a miscalculation with this. Sherlock is Mycroft´s treasure! Don´t be so cruel... I would prefer more, that they would together find a way out from this and get also John free. They are so extremely clever together.

Sebastian seems to be the voice of professional criminal sense comparing to James´ genius, but changeable crazyness. So refreshing interaction between them.

Somehow it has always bothered me to consider Sherlock like Moriarty, capable to commit same crimes, murders and cruelty than James. I understand it, but it still bothers me. But of course there is a seed of truth in this idea, because every man on the earth has the ability to do bad as well as good deeds. Anybody can become a torturer in a suitable circumstances. There had been made even researchs about this. So Sherlock is not above it. He has a potentiality and knowledge to commit crimes, but he has chosen to work for good. I don´t even start to quess, how Moriarty is what he is, but psychopaths have born without a heart. I consider Moriarty as a psychopath.

And Lestrade! Would Lestrade sort this mess? He is working on it. It would be a little surprise, in fact, but I am eager to find it out.

I know that this is really late, but thanks a lot for such an amazing review. Reading comments like yours makes all the spare time spent on writing fic seem worth it. It's a rare treat to have an involved reader. I suck at regular updates but promise you that the story will not be abandoned. Thanks for your encouragement and patience.
