there's a new person in our department. she seems kinda nice or whatever. so she's talking to me while i'm trying to work (it happens A LOT here) and she mentions how she used to work retail and also in a collections department. i mention i worked for countrywide and blockbuster. she asked which blockbuster location and i told her and goddammit, she lives like right behind it. and she said she knew my face from somewhere. GREAT, I'M WORKING WITH ONE OF MY OLD BLOCKBUSTER CUSTOMERS. oh man. but i was always nice to her apparently. she said she always felt sorry for us cause of the crappy customers that came in. oh man.

and what the hell is with costco selling caskets and stuff?
