The set turned into a goth nightclub near the end, but as the bar started to fill up, I felt compelled to play more familiar tunes, but it didn't feel as satisfying as the rest of the set. From my past few DJing experiences, I like ending the set with something melancholy that means a lot to me. Last time, I ended with The Space Lady's version of "I Had Too Much to Dream Last Night."
